We give you the loan terms, APR and all charges in a language you understand, and a Key Fact Statement before you sign.
Non-discrimination
We don't discriminate on the basis of gender, caste, religion or disability. Lending decisions are based on credit assessment.
Communication
We contact you only at reasonable hours and only about your application or loan, unless you've separately agreed to other messages.
Fair recovery
Recovery is carried out politely and lawfully. There is no harassment, threats or contacting people in your phone book. Any recovery agent is named in your KFS.
Privacy
Your data is used only for the purpose you consented to and shared only with the lender and the services needed to process your loan.
